I have been a massage therapist for over 20 years and have been practicing Ortho-Bionomy for over 4 years.  I love helping people feel more comfortable and have more range of movement in their body.  I know this work helps reduces stress and helps achieve deep relaxation.  It is one of my most favorite things to do.
